Registration

To register on DUSTWorkshop8:

• Download the registration form;
• Fulfil it and sign it;
• Perform the registration payment by bank transfer;
• Send the registration form and the transfer receipt to the email: dustworkshop8@ctn.tecnico.ulisboa.pt;

Note: Cash payment is only accepted at the registration desk (on site payment).

Registration fees as follows:

The Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to the scientific programme
• Conference materials
• Welcome Reception on Sunday May 1^st, 2016
• Coffee Breaks
• Wi-Fi access

The Registration Fee DOES NOT includes:

• Lunches
• Conference Dinner
• Cultural Activities

Retired

To qualify for the retired fee, participants must be over 65. A copy of ID is required.

Students

The applicants have to be able to present a proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college at the time of registration. The documents have to be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail dustworkshop8@ctn.tecnico.ulisboa.pt, together with the application.

Cancellation Policy

• If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation.
• No refund will be granted if you cancel after 1^st April 2016.
